As of May 18th, 1860, the Premier of Russia and the Presedium has signed a resolution concerning the revolution that is happening in mainland England. The text is stated:

The revolution that is taking place in the British Empire has caught the attention of the General Secretary. After long hours of discussion of the revolution and the unanimous voting of the State Duma, the Russian Federation has agreed to pay 60,000 to the rebelling faction to help their cause.

This means that the rebelling Britain will have 30 armies.

The Russian Empire, our empire is the largest in europe we have to fortify and prepare ourselves against the enemy! We need an iron hand that can guide us to victory on the battlefield! We've fought many times, but what we should do for Russia is something incredible!
Stand up! And help Russia, stand up! and fight for your country! Rise up and show other nations that we make a difference and that without our Tsar or without our General Secretary, we have nothing!
We can make a difference and change the world but we need our people! We need the Russians! We need a united russia!
The real man is one who is with the sweat and blood on his face doing everything he can for mother Russia!
