Group Information:

The Red Dragon Community is Built up by Clans, currently BlackOut and Pheonix.
Each Clan within the RDC must have a minimum of 10 tagged members (clan tagged.)

Leaders:
The RDC for short is Lead by 6 Dragons who are the elected Leaders of the Clans which make up the RDC.
The number of Dragons can increase to 9 depending on the number of members.
Only the Leaders of the Largest Clans inside the Community are allowed to become Dragons.
These leaders will choose which games the Community plays and how to spend the money the Community has.
All Dragons must be willing to support the Community Financially as well as put the time into recruiting new members for their Clan.
Leaders which abandon their clan will be replaced after a period of 30 days no response.

Elections:
Only groups which Elect their Leaders will be allowed into the RDC, Elections must be held once a year and the campaigns must last 1 month.
Currently theses elections take place in November, Campaigns starting on the 1st and the votes made on the 30th.
Winning Leaders may only be Kicked out if 100% of that clan wishes them to leave, which will result in an election being postponed till the next year.
Every Clan Member gets 1 vote, so it essential that parties inside Clans recruit as the election could be decided by 1 vote.
All Elections will be held on the Main RDC website.

PC and 360:
The RDC is a multi console Community, its Clans may be on 360 or PC.
All 360 Clans must be registered for all games the Clan plays in the Gamebattles league.
PC Clans are not required to enter any League but it is recommended as it could attract sponsorship attention as well as more members. (GameBattles is once again recommended)

Recommended:
The RDC is recommended for clans with little funding, also for Large Active Clans wishing to grow.
People looking for a Clan who wish to be in the RDC will be Recommended to the Clan which best fit’s the games they play. (just ask a member and they will direct you to a Dragon.)
