Ada arrives at her rendezvous with Wesker watching from a webcam. Wesker expresses his disappointment in her and about her failure in the mission. He likely had access to the NEST feed as he knew of Leon and how Ada helped him, and was prepared to let her perish in its destruction. Ultimately her possession of Birkin’s tissue fragment saved her and Wesker warned her that the city was soon to be destroyed in a missile attack. While suspicious of Wesker’s motives for saving her, she follows his instructions. Using her hookshot as her only means of escape, Ada attaches herself to an Umbrella helicopter leaving the city.
