Raw Addict™ Team´s official team group

So i´m basically going to build up a serious team :)
Every player gonna need a picture of himself/herself.

We gonna need:
◾1 Primary AWP
◾1-2 Allrounder(s) (Secondary AWP)
◾2-3 Rifler(s)

We have 2 kinds of structures to choose between:
◾5 player roster with stand-ins (1-2)
◾6-9 player roster with rotators

These are important questions that you´ll need to answer if you gonna be able to join:

◾From?
◾Age?
◾Ping?
◾Role?
◾Experience?
◾Same goals?
◾Same activity?
◾Reliable?
◾Same motivation?
◾Able to be critiziced?

To improve your gaming:

◾Analyze your own demos
◾Analyze pro team demos, to get some thoughts to improve your play
◾Adapt your strats, to what you have seen and experienced, find the bottleneck
◾Maybe you can try to get a coach, if you don't know why you always losing, you want success in short amount of time
◾If you know who you are facing -> prepare yourself watch some demos of the enemy team.
◾Define on each map the Callouts, be specific about naming the corners and spots of the map.
◾For MOST of the teams it would make sense to make default setups on CT and T side.
◾Sit together and watch how you can defend a spot, how you should stay and play together on-site, what would make most sense.
◾Go play pcw/faceit/cevo/versus etc. vs same level enemies.
◾Talk about the default after some games, what went wrong ?
◾You can define a second default
◾You can start making executes, learn the nades needed
◾You can start making fixed roundstrats
