[Note 2] - If your a winner, and youve changed your name since you brought the ticket, i will not give you the prize, unless you can prove via your steam page in recent activity that you changed your name from whatever to whatever.

[Note 3] - Scamming isnt an issue here. I have 3 ways to prove it, i have +rep, i have recorded proof of raffles, allot of the people in this very group are previous winners.

[Note 4] - Yes if your offline when you win a raffle, i will give it to you. But in multi-raffles your prize will be according to your winning number

[Note 5] - Yes i will refund your ticket if you need, but i will ask for a decent reason, for example if you bet money on a horse, you cant claim that money back, and for that reason i consider people asking for refunds without a good reason quite rude.

[Note 6] - In multiple prize raffles the first winner called out gets the 'smallest' or 'last' prize, the last winner called out get the 'biggest' or the 'first' prize. No exchange, refund or charge back ect.
