Josh needs help

All he does is play video games, if you look at the National Physical Activity Guidelines (http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/content/health-pubhlth-strateg-phys-act-guidelines), you will see the people aged 13-17 should have 60 minutes of Physical Activity per day. Josh is not currently achieving this. You will also see that a person aged 13-17 should not be on electronic devices more than 2 hours a day, Josh currently has 144 hours in the past two weeks on Rust alone, which is more than 10 hours a day. This is very unhealthy and with my precise mathematics, adding into account Josh's heart condition, I predict him to be dead by Septemeber this year.
