Master Licitung, finnish tactitan extroadinare (and better at spelling than me! Sumhow!)... Not really, he's just some guy who was my friend on steam for a day then randomly hated me and made his own group cheesily simmilar... Licitung Army. I'm not even sure if he spelt Licitung right. Either way, looking at the pokedex entry: we have a fat, pompous, slightly dumb creature of an enemy!

Honestly, he just wants to go on his own - but no-one mocks our group without getting punished!
