Owari was ceded to Akechi Mitsuhide on these terms.

He will act as my INDEPENDENT agent and ruler of Owari. Owari will become a protectorate of the Oda clan and would provide men and resources in case of war. The castle of Nagoya will also remain in my possession, garrisoned by 200 men, as a means of defence for the region.
