The ranking system:
We have in this regiment a very simple ranking system.
For every promotion as a enlisted you need to get a certain amount of points. You can get points in 3 ways.
1. You get one point for each event you join
2. you get two points for every recruit you get and if the recruit is active you get 3 points
3. You can get extra points for being very good in a event
This are the 3 ways you can get points this system only counts for enlisted ranks. ( no NCO or CO ranks!!)

This are the points you need to get promoted:


Rekrutt To Soldat: 5 points
Soldat to Füsilier 15 points
Füsilier to Füsilier Veteran 30 points
Every time you get promoted your points go back to zero
