WHAT DO I NEED?
-Install Mumble: http://mumble.sourceforge.net/

THE RULES?
-You must have a microphone and connect to the correct mumble channel.
-You need to be a conversationally fluent English speaker.
-Your name in mumble must match your in-game name, to prevent confusion.
-The matches will last around 30 minutes or a score difference of 5 rounds.
-If you have to leave a mix before either 5 round windifference has been triggered or 30minutes are over, at least let your team know! If you just leave you'll receive a minor warning!
-If you don't follow those rules you'll get a minor warning first and if you ignore the rules a second time you will get a second warning. If it happens a third time I'll kick you out of the group and you may not play a mix in the group again. NEVER!
-If I ever catch anyone cheating, fake accounting or whatever , you will be kicked from this group.
-ETF2L season 12 config (the largest European TF2 League), rules and whitelist will be used. This is server side, so nothing to worry about.
-Normal Gamemode: 6on6, Medic, Heavy and Demoman limit 1,Classlimit 2
-Allowed Weapons: Standard weapons, Blutsauger, Kritzkrieg, Übersaw and Crusader’s Crossbow

HOW IS IT GOING TO WORK?
An admin will post up an event on the group for when a mix is going to start (15 mins notice at the least) and what slots are available for people to play. People should use comments to determine which class they wish to play. if you comment early you are likely to get a spot as your desired class however if you are late arriving for the mix your place may get taken. We apologise in advance for this.
Just turn up 5 minutes beforehand! the teams will be sorted and game information handed out and you're good to go!

WHY DID YOU MAKE A NEW GROUP,ANYWAYS?
I made the new group for those who are real newbies and not into the circlejerk of div5/6 people at the IDK/ne/Regen Newbie mixes.I want to give every real newbie a good invironment to learn 6v6 and i think it is pretty frustrating if youre just starting to play and get dominated in every mix you play.I will try to do as much as possible for those who are willing to learn and those who are actually newbs.Watch out for new events and have fun!

No cup today @sadface

Due to some people unable to play today, i will delay the cup. I am really sorry about that but as screamie for example is ill and people who told me they could play told me they would be unable to play due to some weird thing called real life, i am forced to delay the cup. Not sure about the exact date but ill announce it at least tomorrow.
This is actually quite ok, because i might get another team in and i have some time to actually work out a tournament schedule and ♥♥♥♥.

Sorry for those who were looking forward to play the cup today I am a bit dissapointed myself :/

The first cup of 2012

The first cup of our group will start at 18:00 cet (central european time) on the nervous energy mumble ip : mumble.nervousenergy.co.uk ; port : 64738 on the 15th of september.
I will sort the teams to the right mumble channels and give you the server infos and make a basic instruction to the cup and answer questions.

The teams for the cup are :

Team Monkeh
scout bobbomb / demonic pixel
solly rupt/monkeh*

med Nate

Team Mercyless
scout skyro /trinity

Team Screamie

Those 4 teams will fight for the following prices :
1st place : 1key each
2nd place : 1ref each
3rd place : 1rec each
4th place : 1scrap each

There will be a mvp (most valuable player) vote after the finals. Everyone can vote once for one person (not himself). The person who wins the vote will get a steam game worth 10€ as a gift! Mentors for the teams are excluded from the vote!

Afterwards a random person will pick a number wich will decide wich mentor will get the Mentor Price (read the Mentor price spoiler!) so I give every Mentor a random number so for example Screamie 1 Ace 2 Mercy 3 Monkeh 4. If number 3 gets picked Monkeh will get the price. Easy.

Hopefully the final will get casted and streamed. Skulleh doesnt have the time to do it so Im searching for casters atm.

When the cup is succesfull and everyone enjoyed playing or watching it, I will make another cup in november. With more prices and a better mentoring system.
