if i where to join the server and build a pvp arena could i be an admin to the group to announce fights or is that not possible

Ip is either of those because it doesn't matter if you put the :25565 on because minecraft puts it there by default.

It is not a 24 hour server but it is online most of the time.

Feel free to join when you like and invite friends to this group. The more people in the group the more chance you have of people being on the server to play with you when you join.
