N-DMT Killing Floor Server is now live

Yep as the title states there is now a N-DMT Killing Floor server. Currently set to icecave map only and hard difficulty but after it's beaten on hard for us I'll move up to suicidal and then hell on earth.

I figured I'd get a KF server now for the achieves also I've been thinking about getting one for a while so I'll just see how much it gets used and then decide if I keep it or not.
