Hi! I work with Shueisha Games, and I wanted to clarify some things about the information posted about Captain Velvet Meteor. The game was first developed for the Switch, then ported to Steam, Xbox, and mobile. All versions contain the same base content, with some exceptions for platform-specific features like achievements.

About Medibang, I know it to first start out as an open source art software. Everything else, like the mobile and Steam version came out much later.

It's only some months ago that Medibang got a PC port, but I only use the mobile version for several years. The mobile version has microtransactions and wants ya to subscribe to them, if ya want more features, like paint swatches, brushes and a few QOL. I don't know if it's the same with the PC version or they give ya everything.
