About the game:

Half-Life 2 is a science fiction first-person shooter computer game and the sequel to the highly acclaimed Half-Life. It was developed by Valve Corporation and was released on November 16, 2004, following a protracted five-year, $40 million development cycle during which the game’s source code was leaked to the Internet. The game uses the Source game engine, which includes a heavily modified version of the Havok physics engine. Originally available only for Windows-based personal computers, the game has since been ported to the Xbox, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 video game consoles.

Half-Life 2 takes place in a dystopian world in which the events of Half-Life have fully come to bear on human society. The game takes place in and around the fictional City 17 and follows the adventures of scientist Gordon Freeman. Freeman must fight against increasingly unfavorable odds in order to survive.

Team Fortress 2 will be available for free this weekend to all Steam users, celebrating the Spy/Sniper Update coming today.

Valve has made the Team Fortress 2 game files available for pre-loading.

America's Army 3 on Steam Soon

The third chapter of America's Army, is already confirmed, will be available through Steam. According to a spokesman for AA, the decision pred is the need to "facilitate the processes of the maximum download and install the game" reveals that each account will also allow the creation of multiple solsados associados.Em respect the experience of the innovations game, the course is the usual hyper-realism: highlight new features is the effect of gravity on the prpjécties and lethal pontencialmente path of rebound. The possibilities of customization, especially of their own soldiers, will also be expanded.
The release, free as always, is planned for the end of the year.

FYI if anyone u know is having a problem logging on to Steam be sure to find out if they are running Advanced System Care and tell them to uninstall it. The latest version is blocking Steam for some reason.....
