3rd ALabama Co. A "Mobile Cadets" EU/NA
From Seven Pines to Sharpsburg and Chancellorsville to Spotsylvania, the Third Alabama Regiment played a key role in the Civil War. One of the first infantry units from the Deep South to make the journey to Virginia in 1861, the Third Alabama was the first to cross the Potomac into Maryland and to enter the streets of Gettysburg in 1863.

1st Louisiana Battalion Coppens Co. A German
The First Louisiana Zouaves were organized and trained for twelve months on March 27, 1861. The unit fought in many major battles throughout 1861-62, following the battle of Sharpsburg, the battalion was so reduced in strength that they were reorganized as regulars in Confederate service. The initial enrollment of the battalion's six companies was 616 officers and men, of these 52 were killed in battle, 26 died of disease, and 2 died accidentally. The actions of the Zouaves on and off the battlefield led to their being referred to as Jeff Davis' Pet Wolves, and ultimately to all Louisiana soldiers eventually being called "Tigers."

15th South Carolina Co. C "Lexington Guards" NA / EU
The 15th South Carolina's first battle occurred on Hilton Head Island, the Battle of Port Royal Sound on November 7, 1861. Following the Regiment's service on the coast of South Carolina, they were transferred to Robert E. Lee's Army of Northern Virginia (ANV) in July 1862. There, they served in General James Longstreet's first corps in all of the ANV's battles from 2nd Manassas forward, including Sharpsburg and South Mountain.

Hampton's Legion Co. H "South Carolina Zouaves" EU/NA
In July of 1862 the company finally joined the Legion in Virginia and was designated as Company H of the Infantry Battalion. In May of 1864 it was decided to mount the Infantry Battalion of the legion and a detachment, under Lieutenant Welch, was sent to Columbia to secure horses. They surrendered with the Army of Northern Virginia on April 10th, 1865 at Appomattox Courthouse, Virginia.

Artillery
Richmond Howitzers, 1st Company EU/NA
