Lead & Sails is a community of gamers dedicated to playing together, regardless of skill levels.

Repeller and Retsudrats founded Lead&Sails in 2011 as a safe haven from abuse of the staff members of their former gaming community that they were a part of. Retsudrats abandon the group soon after it began, and Repeller took on Original as co-owner, and began talks of turning it into a community/streaming group. The idea behind the old group still stood, a safe place for people to play and talk, no matter what kind of person or gamer you are!

So I figured it's been awhile since I put up some kind of update stating what's been going on lately. I've been leaving this small community in the dark since we left the first mumble, and that's because I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with it. This group was built on the idea of a safe haven for all kinds of players, and in some cases, it hasn't been as safe as I wanted it to be... Some people just can't get along with others.

I wish I could say that i've had nothing on my mind but fixing this group, but it's not really broken. A group is only broken when you have members who want to break it, and it just so happens that the guilty party who did want to off the group left himself before he could do any real damage.

I am going to move the group in a direction that still involves ALL gamers, as well as involving the streaming community that I have been a part of the past 5 months, streamers are just gamers with the want to entertain, after all. I am still working out the kinks for what I want to do, but the future is looking up!

Hey guys. I don't really know how to make a great introduction, but I'm RxCxDietrich (You can find me on youtube!), a new staff member for Lead and Sails. Rep asked me to help manage the group to try to help bring people in with my let's plays and great attitude, and I felt like I had nothing to lose joining up. Rep can vouch for me, I am too good for TV when it comes to games, except for FPS games which Rep says he's only lucky, but he kicked my ass in an online game that will definitely be a new staple here and on some LPs.

Other than that, hopefully with a new admin and new drive (plus someone to push the captain to get better at gaming) we can push this community farther, and turn it into something more than a group of random people, but a group of close friends of many skill levels who can co-exist.
