English Football League - 'Vanarama North/South'.
Friendlies can be managed either by the player or his assistant.
'Highlights' set to 'Extended' and 50% match speed as default.
All managers start with lowest possible managerial experience ie - 'No coaching license/Sunday league footballer'. (Non compliance = instant ban)
All managers begin in the lowest tier.
Any job offers can be accepted. Kudos to anyone who gets to the Prem with their starter club.
When AFK or web browsing you must 'Go on holiday'.
When sacked you can...
i - (Hardcore option) Apply for jobs and/or await offers.
ii - Take the lowest position club in the lowest league with active players.
iii - Take any club in any league below that.
iv - Put the decision into the hands of the other players, who will nominate a club by ballot. Majority choice will be respected.
v - Rage quit.
If a manager resigns from a club he must apply for jobs/await offers.
Patient and relaxed approach to turn times, no rushing other players.
'UK/EU' timezone. Flexibility with days and times, priority given to player participation over regularity.
Signing each others players and staff is allowed. Fair Market prices, no under selling.
Banter is encouraged.
New players joining later in the game must start with lowest managerial experience (as above). They can...
i - (Hardcore option) Start unemployed.
ii - Take the lowest position club in the lowest league with active players.
iii - Take any club in any league below that.
iv - Put the decision into the hands of the other players (as above).
v - Rage quit.
'Player Attributes' will be masked.
Managers will be allowed to take on 'Affiliates' only after the start of a second season in charge of a club.

Zero tolerance policy for trolls, cheats and ♥♥♥♥♥. Any unsporting behaviour, suspected foul play, blatant disregard of the rules, general unpleasantness etc etc will be dealt with either by 'Disciplinary tribunal' (majority decision), or in extreme cases instant kick and ban.
