LE SSERAFIM

LE SSERAFIM (르세라핌) is a 5-member girl group under HYBE and Source Music. The members currently consist of Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae. LE SSERAFIM officially debuted on May 2, 2022 with their 1st mini album “FEARLESS”.
LE SSERAFIM is an anagram of ' IM FEARLESS', which implies ' self-confidence and strong will to move forward without being shaken by the eyes of the world and without fear '.

On March 14, 2022, both companies announced the launch of their new girl group, and a confirmation that the former members of IZ*ONE, Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chaewon were to be the part of its lineup. Later on, the individual video teasers were uploaded onto HYBE’s official YouTube channel in mid-April of the same year, unveiling their other new members: Hong Eunchae, Kazuha, and Huh Yunjin, who is known for representing Pledis Entertainment on the 2018 Mnet survival show Produce 48 in which Chaewon and Sakura participated as well. Soon after, it was revealed that LE SSERAFIM’s first extended play will see its daylight in early May. Additionally, on August 8, the group announced their fandom name, FEARNOT, which is a homonym of “blooming” (피어나) in Korean.

2022년 5월 2일에 데뷔한 쏘스뮤직 소속의 5인조[2] 다국적 걸그룹이며, HYBE와 산하 레이블인 쏘스뮤직이 협력해 론칭한 첫 번째 걸그룹이다.
LE SSERAFIM은 ‘IM FEARLESS’를 애너그램 방식으로 만든 이름으로, '세상의 시선에 흔들리지 않고 두려움 없이 앞으로 나아가겠다는 자기 확신과 강한 의지'를 내포한다.
김가람의 논란으로 인해 르세라핌은 데뷔 3주 만에 김가람의 활동을 중단시킨 뒤 소속사에서 대기시키고 나머지 5명으로 활동을 이어가고 있었다.[4] 2022년 7월 20일 김가람은 학교에서 학교폭력을 일삼았다고 네이트판에 폭로되어 결국 팀에서 탈퇴했다.
