Unfortunately, upgrade didn't start at 00:00 GMT Decembter 22 as planned. Upgrades on UK nodes are starting now, and they will be up and running again within 4 hours. TcAdmin upgrades will take place later in the week. Sorry for the delays!

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you of several important announcements:

. We will be upgrading our TCAdmin game panel to TCAdmin 2.0
o This will commence on Sunday 22 December 00:00 GMT and will be implemented across all nodes. There are many advantages on the TCAdmin 2.0 over the TCAdmin 1.0 and we are sure these features will enhance your user experience as well as provide fixes to a lot of bugs currently experienced with the TCAdmin 1.0 system

. We will also be upgrading the hardware of the master server improving the overall speed and performance of the Gpanel
. We are also taking the opportunity to increase the storage capacity of the master node additionally turning it into an offsite cloud backup for all other nodes
o This means clients will be able to back up their data to this node seamlessly and with greater security and redundancy for failure, making data loss a lot less likely

. Another important announcement is that we will be upgrading our London UK connectivity
o This will drop latency by a minimum of 5 milliseconds and it will also allow us, the ability to upgrade our DDos protection up to 10Gbit in the near future, something currently not possible with our current connectivity

We will try to send out further messages to keep you posted on the implication of the announcements and about the migration process (if we can squeeze it in between doing awesome stuff!)

The migration will take place on Sunday 22 December. Our network will be offline from midnight GMT onwards. The expected downtime is 4 hours.
By the time the scheduled maintenance is completed, we should effectively have upgraded our systems to TCA 2.0 so long as we do not run into any issues.

Serious business out of the way, we do hope these upgrades are welcomed by you and that the spot of down time will be seen as worthwhile.
