the group is my main one and what is happening, i have ideas i tell them if i need help i ask in a announcement if anyone has ideas i will use that idea and have them as group player of week. if a friend does soemthing nice,brilliant,cool,etc. to help the group or communiit they are upgraded to mod or admin. so nothing much really.
