Noot Noot is a hacker. He is only level 1, has 4 games, and is only rank 19 on CS:GO. Also on CS:GO, he's only played 9 hours in 2 weeks, but with 550+ hours. Pretty weird, huh? Most likely bought the account off someone. If we all report him, we can get this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ VAC'ed.
