So... not sure what happened but the server decided it wanted to change the IP. I guess it just didn't like the other IP address or something. The new IP is updated on the main page of the group and on this post. New IP: 45.35.132.66:17416

for anyone wondering how they join the server, I know a while ago I had to change the ip from 15 to 17 at the end
