15-year-old Pskov schoolchildren Denis and Katya met for about six months. Once Katya asked her parents for permission to spend the night with her friend, but she was banned. Katya left herself. Denis stole a bank card from his mother’s bag, withdrew money and bought tickets to the village where Katya’s parents bought an old house. A few days earlier, a loud murder took place in this village, and a neighbor, seeing the light in the windows, became worried: she knew that the Kati family had never come to the dacha in the winter. A woman called the police.

It turned out that Katya and Denis had been hiding in this house for two days. And they found in the house a cache of stepfather Katya, commandos. In the safe, which the guys somehow managed to open, there were weapons and cartridges. And when a police car drove up to the house, the teenagers started firing at it from the window.

Neither the police calls nor the speakerphone made any impression on the lovers. They sought help where they were used to: on the Internet. Katya and Denis were broadcasting what was happening to them. But no one helped them. For some reason, there was no psychologist among the negotiators. Neither parents, nor police, nor even their peers in social networks could reassure Katya and Denis and give them reasonable advice. The teenagers decided that they had "done too many things" and now there is no way out.

After 2 hours, an assault on the house was started, as the guys stopped communicating. Police found Katya and Denis in one of the rooms. Denis first shot Katya, and then shot himself.
