Changes to server:

1. a few disabled powerful guns (auto snipers, auto shotguns, arctic warfare)

2. individual cash is now pooled as a team and shared equally

3. if you're shot after a round has ended it doesn't count as a death

4. the first 60 seconds of any map doesn't count, to allow connections

5. when the bomb is planted there is an on-screen countdown timer for last 5 seconds

6. if you're the last survivor on a team, you get a message telling you
