HospCo (Hospitaller gaming community) was started in 2009 by a few friends who wanted a place of our own to play team based games in a friendly, laid back environment. Where being a decent person was more important than numbers, gear, or rank.

The medieval theme for the Hospitaller name was born while playing a multiplayer mod for Mount and Blade: Warband. Hospitaller started as a playful parody of another strictly regimented crusader themed clan. Our small little group would take to the field, form our shield walls, and meet the foe head on. What we lacked in numbers, we made up for in teamwork. Winning or losing didn't matter. It was just a blast to fight tooth and nail alongside friends against insurmountable odds. We certainly had no idea that this style of play would catch on.

People began to join and before long, the Knights Hospitaller became a force to be reckoned with. Soon it wasn't just a few, but dozens of players fighting side by side in massive battles.

Though our numbers have grown and waned over the years, the foundations have stayed the same. We fight together as one entity to accomplish whatever goal we set out upon. And we have a hell of a good time doing it!
