The Wizard Council are selected individuals of the group that have over 800Hr and have proven to be the best of their class (DemoKnight, SoldierKnight, SniperKnight) you may challenge a wizard if you meet the 800Hr requirement to take their place on the council.

Honor Deductions

-50Hr Dishonorable Kill (-750Hr Limit)
-50Hr Complaint Against
-100Hr Disrespect (-200Hr Limit)
-100Hr Slay Grand

These deductions are heavily enforced, they can be removed.
