Heist it loud. Heist it quiet. Heist it quiet with no stealth perks or suppressed weapons. If it isn't nailed down steal it. If you can't steal it, kill it. If you can't kill it, you're not ussing enough bullet.

We plan to play regularly. Membership currently requires a few games played with officers or above to keep a few suspects from flooding the group with their entire friends list.
