I will give the risk level of bet to every bet (1-10) 1 = low risk, 10 = high risk.
ICB = inventory clean bet, skins you do not care about.
Low bet = 5-7% of inventory
Mid bet = 10-15% of inventory
High bet= 17-22% of inventory
