Welcome to the original Unfair group. If you are a fan of challenging gameplay and would like a choice community to play Gauntlet with, do join us! Advanced players are preferred but by no means is this group meant to be elitist. We do ask that you reach at least floor 19 on Endless.

I would suggest to all members joining the chat group whenever you are interested in playing, so that we always have the option to play with each other and having a decent time instead of falling on randoms who either abruptly end games or don't know how to play at all. The new "endless" mode makes that even more imperative.

I guess to more directly answer your question, "Unfair" difficulty remains--in spirit--in Endless.

Endless can easily surpass classic Unfair difficulty, even before floor 37 and goes to infinity and beyond, due to levels getting progressively more difficult the further you go.The food is turned to gold by 37.

you mean the difficulty reaches unfair-like status? or the difficulty unlocks in the menu if you reach floor 37

Lol. It's still there, you just have to reach floor 37 in Endless. It can be more difficult than 1.2 Unfair ever was and the higher levels are far more difficult, no question.
