A new rule 10 has been introduced and it changes things drastically kindly be informed about it

Rule #11: To avoid over leeching , members are expected to make a giveaway back to the group on their every 7th win after their
First giveaway.
Which means if you made your first giveaway after winning 5 group giveaways your next giveaway for the group will be for 12th win. other wise its normal for every 7th win one giveaway for example (wins-giveaway) 1st 5-1 2nd 12-2 3rd 19-3 4th 26-4 and so on.

multi-group giveaways

1) you are free to do multigroup giveaways including other groups
2) These giveaways will not count towards your contribution count for the giveaway specially when checks are performed for Rule 10 mentioned here http://steamproxy.com/groups/GOGGIFT
3) Group rules will not be valid and checked for in such giveaways since it will have entries from people not in the group.

We have been asked to address and express the group's stance on one of the new features introduced by steamgifts v2 called Blacklist

From the SteamGifts FAQ
How does a blacklist work?

"On user profiles, you'll see a button that has a circle icon with a slash through it. Clicking this button will add the user to your blacklist. This means the user will no longer see your giveaways on the homepage, and they will not be able to view or enter your giveaways from this point forward. If the user entered one of your giveaways prior to being blacklisted, their entry still remains valid."

We have been discussing this feature since a long time before it was introduced because it has a lot of potential issues that will affect the group.
Here is what has been decided in our group regarding this
1) Members of the group are free to block anyone they wish to not enter their giveaways, however i urge the members to use the blacklist feature to block fellow members only if its a serious issue , blocking fellow members will cause a break of harmony and trust among members that the group has had for so long and members will be subject to attacks over excluding someone.

2) There will be no calling out of names , attacking and crappy hidden hints that a particular giveaway made is blocking someone in the giveaway threads. This will be dealt seriously not limited to removal of the member or warnings.

3) If a member finds out that someone else has blocked them in their giveaways you are to deal with it outside the group, Contact the member via pm try to resolve it out.
We also request members to pm any of the mods if they are blacklisting a member along with the reason so that we are aware of it.

4) Blacklist is a personal difference between two members , it is something that group cant interfere with however calling out names in public forum , harassing/abusing the gifter over it is not allowed . If anyone comes across this they are free to report the issue to the mods of the group.

This will not be updated in the group page rules due to word limit in the steam group page but it is a official rule we except a bit of decency and respect of others decisions by members who are blacklisted.
Feel free to contact any of the mods if there is a issue regarding blacklist.

Hello there all

Thanks for all the giveaways. As you know Our active members constantly keep track of other members making sure everyone are in line with the rules.
When a profile is reported to us and we find it breaking the rules extremely we kick those members out however , the sync on steamgifts stays for 7 days so they can still enter the giveaways.
If you find such removed members are still entering your giveaways you can ask for re-rolls
