New Complaints Procedure

Dear Customers,

As Christmas is around the corner, GJBC gets busier by the day and despite trying our very best to provide exemplary customer service, things can go WRONG! This is why we have decided to implement a new complaints procedure in line with EU regulations and validated by GJBC HR Department.

The new procedure is as follows:
1. Although we care about all our customer's opinions very much, we must make sure all complaints are legitamte
2. Our investigation teams will look into all voiced complaints and make a verdict within 1 - 3 business days.
3a. If the complaint is legitamate, we will happily apologise for the inconvience and offer you an item. For example, coupon, voucher, thanos ♥♥♥♥ etc
3b. If the complaint is illegitamate and potentially malicious, we may have to revoke your GJBC access. This may include: no chicken in your chicken meals, no liquid in your drinks, ban from sitting down in our franchies and/or full revoke of services. We take this very seriously and any attempts to appeal/dispute these punishments must be done directly via GJBC HR Department
