whenever i get a hat or an weapon i'm going to post an annoncement with that items name in it the first person to put a comment containing there steam community id get the item

Hello and welcome to FrozunGiveaways Hats!
This is...well...a group to give away hats from Team Fortress 2 XD
When we recieve generous hat donations from the community, they end up here for you guys :3
Enjoy your stay and prepare to fight over hats!

When we recieve the hat dontation(s) we make an announcement for all to see; Of the hat given away (ex.Familiar Fez)
When the annoucement is made, you must follow proper procedures:

1) Be the first to comment with YOUR steam id url in CORRECT URL FORMAT.

**AS LONG AS I CAN REACH YOU, YOU SHOULD BE FINE
----1a) Sometimes you may have to answer questions correctly along with your id----

2) If you won (it will be said/commented in the hat announcement. So be sure to check!) You must launch (TF2) and be ready to trade within the next few minutes
* I will move on to the next person who commented after time runs out
