As you're probably aware, Trout League days are nearly upon us as you're aware from all the messages I've probably bombarded you with.

So far we have 14 people interested in participating and have confirmed their place within the league however there are still a few of you who have kept quiet.

I need to know soon whether or not you'll be joining us and if so will you be creating your own team or do you need me to provide you one. This message is merely a heads up as I will be imposing deadlines eventually as I need to prepare the servers and mod/skin packs for people to download.

If you're interested and haven't already confirmed with me that you'll be joining us on June 10th @ 8PM British time for the Brands Hatch GP, then please either comment below, message me or send a pigeon with a message tied to it's leg.

As you've probably noticed, the race league is moving to assetto corsa and will be commencing on June 10th. If you're interested, send me a message to find more information or keep an eye out on the steam group for updates regarding the new league.

I've decided to take it upon myself to call it a day with the F1 2016 league.
I do apologise for those who were genuinely interested in participating in F1 2016 however I feel as if the game was holding back the league from its true potential. Also sorry to those who recently joined the league with no intention of following the league to another format.

F1 2016 is too constricting and has too many short falls which impedes the flow and hinders the quality of racing which I believe is detrimental to the league itself. I felt as if people were slowly losing their patience with the league which is why I decided to pull the plug now than risk losing more people's interest further down the line.

Obviously this year was a trial run to see how things would turn out and personally speaking I've learned a lot (don't host a league which is 21 races long!)

I've definitely enjoyed myself though and have made some friends who I hope to stay in touch with, even if I was screaming down the microphone every race weekend.

If you're still interested in the league's future watch this space as we'll be shortly transitioning to Assetto Corsa with 2 separate series (Formula 3 and Formula Hybrid, both great mods that are worth checking out)

Thank you for your attendance over the last 6 or so months, and I hope to see y'all in the not so distant future.

Oh... This also means that Maxijunger is officially Trout League's first ever champion with Williams Martini Racing being the winner of the constructors championship, so congratulations! I shall be handing out the prizes shortly.
