It occurred to me that I have done Big Oil DW two times now, with different groups of people. That heist is according to me the hardest heist in the game. It definitely is the most expensive to try.

It occurred to me that not all of you know each other and have no access to good fellow players when I am not around.
And I can change that. By having you in this group.

You don't have to become besties/bestest of friends/married in a non-sexual way, though doing that might help.
I respect each of you.
I only ask that you respect each other.
Having a different playstyle doesn't mean the other player is inferior. And different playstyles all of you have.
