Right-Click on your steam tray icon
open your Friends List
you will see this
-Friends
friend1
friend2 ...
+EnG! (press the + to open group member list then you will see the following)

Amr
Wild
Pop

double click any of them ... if steam prevented you from opening a chat window right click the arrow next to the group name in your friends list & click "view group page"
then post an announcement of your problem & we will do our best to help you
