So the Ark Update ETA was 3 Days ago. Now we got same Problem as often. The Clients are updated but the Hoster Companys take a while to upload it on every Server because the Update is big.

We have to wait until 11.15 a.m (GMT+1) [spook]

That means a new patch has to be downloaded serverside, you gotta wait until admins do that.
