Ducks Gon' Wild Dota2, Dont Starve, and more!

Hey all. It's been a while since I've posted. I've been focusing on Dota and working on honing skills. Please read this whole thing before discarding it.

I've decided to give it one more go at making a solid lineup/permanent squad to participate in Online tournmanets and hopefully one day TI. Maybe some streaming and YouTube here an there.

The team's name is Vulgos United.

This is where the part of the post possibly involving you comes in.

So in the 6 years i've been playing MOBAS, i've finally asked myself the question: What does it take to win? Nobody likes losing 25 mmr or getting demoted in League. It's a terrible feeling to come out of a 60 minute game with a -25 sitting there in your face. I've boiled it down to 3 factors:

-Skill
-Focus
-Teamwork

Skill is gained over time and through practice.

Focus is variable.

Teamwork is hard to come by.

Dota is a toxic community. The worst out of any game on the internet. We all know it's true. You'll frequently get feeders, foreigners, flammers, and just overall douchebags. The game never seems to go your way. Instead of letting that get to me or what I do, I've decided to embrace it. The best way to avoid the toxicity is to reduce the chance of having a toxic member.

Not one teamate,

Not 3,

But 4. A team of 5. 4 other people you play with regularly, who know you and your skills and know each other's. A team that has communication, understanding, and a strong work ethic.

Skill can be practiced for and gained. Focus is and always will be variable, but Teamwork is something you have or you don't.

That's why I'm designing a team.

Vulgos United - Latin for The People United. A team of players from any country or mmr who will come together to form a more perfect squad. A team that will take on the likes of NaVi and Secret. A team that will try and try and try until it succeeds. Nobody wants to half to make the climb to 6k alone, so let's do it together.
