Heart Symbol is going to be stopping the server and locking it for maintenance on the 6PM EST restart. Should be locked for about 30 minutes or so!

As it stands at the moment the server decay should now be truly resolved. Spread the word the apocalypse is truly over! I've worked hard to find the problem and am 99% sure things should be fine now. If anyone see's otherwise please let me know.
