Creepy Neighbor Heavies Doing Neighborly Things

Hi, welcome to the neighbors. We are creepy and we live next door.
The Creepy Neighbors were created when Curator of Filth, Colonial Munch, and I were enjoying the lovely game that is TF2 when Munch wore a set of cosmetics that made me and Filth laugh and say that he looked like the stereotypical neighbor that lived next door. Ever since then, it just kind of stuck.

You can always join the group and be a normal neighbor, but If you wish to become a creepy neighbor then make sure you have these three componets:
