Wolff is the new CI DVL

As Founder of the server, it is my job to stop it from going to ♥♥♥♥. The biggest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the moment are the MTF, as I am sure all of you can agree. Because of this, I have resigned from CI DVL in order to become the MTF DVL to fix the mess that was created by the previous DVLs. The Gamma Level operatives have elected Colonel Wolff as the new Gamma Lead and acting Commander of our operation.

It was an honor to serve as your Commander and I hope to rejoin the ranks of the Insurgency once the MTF are back on their feet.

An anomalous cardboard box we capture was sadly dropped into SCP-1437 while in transit to a Containment Facility. Drone Operator Dufresne was diagnosed with autism shortly after.
