Chyrexi Order 52 was originally established by the Chyrexi Interstellar Intelligence Council (CIIC) to conduct research on the sovereign planet state on Sol-3. Since that time, with the permission of the CIIC, Order 52 has expanded to include a small community of humans led by a Chyrexi operative self-designated as 'Nomad Prime'. This network will expand and eventually have access to all echelons of 'human' society, and thus the Order will have access to complete knowledge of their civilization.
