Hello all,

If you're a member of this group then you have the possibility of joining our team! I got a lot of feedback from my post on reddit, so for the next couple weeks we will be doing some comp mm just to see where we're all at skill-wise, and also see how you guys communicate in-game/promote positivity to the group. as of now, Id like to get everyone into a lobby at some point so that we can all introduce ourselves to eachother.

once we've played together for 10+ games or so, we will be starting to practice on a regular basis and then execute what we practiced in matchmaking. from there i will determine who has a permanent spot for the team.

as for the matchmaking:
dont feel pressured to do your best, just try to have fun and get to know how eachother plays. hopefully we will win a few!(haha). focus on the communication more than your individual gameplay. like i said above, im gonna want to get in at least 10 games with each of you at your convienence.
scheduling will come soon.

as for the practice sessions:
initially i(profresh) will be the in-game leader, or strat-caller by default. i want to start with basic strats and then modify them in any beneficial way. additional to the strategy, we will try and go through the basic tactics/tendancies of a skilled individual player. if you have an idea, feel free to share it! i dont want to come off as that guy who always thinks hes better than everyone, i just started the team! so by default, ill be guiding our practices. that being said, everyone should have some input to what i say. but first, try to cooperate with eachothers ideas even if you feel differently about them. most importantly though, appreciate what we are trying to accomplish! the goal is to improve, and improvement leads to success. scheduling will come soon enough.

-Our goal once the team is established and experienced with practice will first be to obtain the highest rank possible in matchmaking, and then move on to league scrims and whatnot. But, when the time comes the ultimate goal will be to get outta open! hehe.

I just wanted to thank you guys for your consideration of this team, it couldnt exist without you! i look forward to playing with you, for better or worse. good luck, and have fun.
