Currently there are no Tekgrams available, bassically Extinction Core is a total conversion mod this means it changes every aspect of the game, including the engrams system. Because EC uses a modified engram system, new engrams are not automatically added when the core game is updated. They cannot be added to the modified engram system until the developers update the development kit.
