Expansion of Rallies

Well now I have a good base of people to set up future rallies behind. Currently it looks like rallies will be happening on Fridays and Saturdays. We'll probably bring back the 1 hr of goof off time for the servers during these time periods. I'll give a definet answer about them around next Tuesday.

Sunday Rallies

There will be rallies every Sunday. On the 26th I wont be able to be at the rallie, I will be in New Orleans. The rallies also should be expanding into Friday and Saturday, but when and the exact time is still up in the air.
