Here is how it works:
The items given will go towards the next raffle and all people who sent items will get entered in. 1 ticket for 4 cents. Please invite your freinds so we can grow and give out better things. The more donations, the better the giveaways! Every time we are about to hold a raffle. The item in the raffle will be the best skin we can afford with the money raised. All people who sent in items get there name put on a list a certain number of times based on what they gave us and if the random number tool picks your number, we will send you a trade offer for the prize and announce it. If you fail to take the trade for 48 hours the trade will be cancled and and the item will be sold and used to increase next raffles reward. Giveaways will be done simularly but we just give an item away, no registrartion needed. Same concept with the trade request. Administrators will NEVER win anything from our raffles or giveaways.
