Ow mate i know internet via satelite is just not Doable for gaming. In the army (when on deployement) They only let you use it for a Few mins cus the cost is just too high. Everyone has to type there mail in advance so when they hit the online button all those mails get sent right away and as soon it says mails Sended the connection gets closed again. So iam guessing the Satelite Data transfering and internet is just Crazy expensif. I rly hope for you and him that one day Internet gets established over there. I mean we europeans take lots of things for granted. But when you hear that there is still people who dont have acces to the most basic things in life. it makes a human think right.
