Attention! The user "help please =(" just sent me the link to the fake Steam community page ( http://***.hut2.ru - this link is censored for your safety). I think he is trying to steal Steam users' accounts. Remember, DO NOT ENTER your Steam account information (especially the password) on the sites other than steamproxy.com!
