the 10-day deadline for round 1 ends today evening. I know some of you have had problems in arranging the matches and, per the rules, an extension will be granted in those cases.

For those others who I haven't been in contact with, please let me know your match results. If you also need an extension, please contact me privately and let me know the reason.

Round 1 has therefore started. You have 10 days to arrange and play your matches. If you manage to do so earlier, you are permitted to play your following matches aswell, so long as you find an agreement with your opponent.

On friday the 25th the brackets for the tournament will be drawn. You will have the chance to observe the process on my discord livestream. The livestream will serve the purpose of transparency, specifically to avoid any suspicions of rigged draws. The link to my discord will be announced that day.

This means that until friday this week, you'll be able to invite your friends to join and help make this tournament slightly bigger than it already is.
