Space Engineers Realism Group

It’s the year 2077 and the oil and gas industry has crashed due to the rise of multiple Eco-Terrorist groups. These terrorist have been gaining momentum since 2015 when the oil market crashed. Over the years since then, these groups have been placing their people into important positions all across governments on an international level. These tactics would eventually lead to restrictions being put into place that would end up bankrupting most of the major oil companies.
Ascent Solar Technologies benefited from this by simply selling a “green” technology at the time. Solar Panels became one of the main power suppliers all across the world as the oil companies went down 1 by 1. These profits were then used by AST to pioneer a way into space. Once a habitable planet was found in a nearby solar system, AST launched a mission to relocate its main operations to another planet in this system. Far away from politics or terrorist groups that would feel AST had become to powerful. While leaving recruitment open on Earth….

AST is a volunteer corporation. By applying, you are stating that a realism environment is how you want to play Space Engineers. What we do here is essentially "role playing" that we are members of a Corporation. When involved in official company activities, you will play your part. Be you an Operator , Engineer, or even a Department Head or above; you are here because realism in gaming is what you want. If you don't wish to participate in this manner, then this group is likely not the place for you.
