[AoP]Semi-Serious RP

Well I've changed the name and added a lot of stuff, currently having trouble with updated DarkRP, citizens can buy every single weapon and drug, but not shipments. I'm trying to figure this out while also adding stuff to the server, it'll all be figured out eventually I guess.
